How do I get my logo set up for embroidery with Cardinal Uniforms?

If your logo is already in a .DST file format, please send it to Veronica at cardinal15veronica@gmail.com.

If you do not have your logo in .DST format, please send 'camera ready' artwork to Veronica at cardinal15veronica@gmail.com. The photo must be in .JPEG format and cannot be a photo taken with a smart phone or other mobile device. There is a one-time digitizing fee of $50.00.

How much does embroidery cost?

A one-time digitizing fee of $50.00 will be applied to any new logos.

Embroidered logos can range in price depending on how many stitches are needed. Please contact Veronica at cardinal15veronica@gmail.com or 502-895-6838 to inquire about specific logo pricing. Most logos are $12.00.

1-Line: $10.00
2-Lines: $12.00
3-Lines: $14.00

Do you have the Norton, Baptist, UofL, UK, and other major hospital logos available?

Yes, we have logos for most large Louisville and Lexington hospitals already digitized. Prices can vary for these logos, but typically start at $12.00.

Can I bring in clothing items I already own to be embroidered?

Yes, you can bring in previously purchased items (even if not purchased at Cardinal) to be embroidered. Please make sure all items are clean and free of pet hair. Cardinal has the right to refuse any items that are dirty and/or have pet hair on them.
