HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

Creating an account is a great way to track your past purchases and keep up with the scrub items you love most!

In the top right corner select "SIGN-IN"

Select "CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT"

Enter your email and the password that you would like to use for future sign-ins.

Select "NEXT"

You will be promted to enter in your billing information. Please double check this information so that your items get to you!

Now you are ready to start shopping!

IS EVERYTHING ON THIS WEBSTORE AVAILABLE IN-STORE?

No! This website allows you to purchase ANY items that are available from all of our vendors.
We do not carry everything in our stores.

When you select a style, color, and size of an item, the webpage may show you the vendor stock or if the item is on back order and when it is expected to be in stock.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If we have the items IN-STOCK at our store:

We will pull your items from our stock, pack them up, and ship them in 1-2 days! Please allow 5-7 days for shipping. If you select in-store pick-up, we will send you a text when it is ready to be picked up.

If we have to ORDER your items:

Product will be ordered immediately and we will receive it in 1-2 weeks and ship them to you! Please allow 5-7 addtional days for shipping. If you select in-store pick-up, we will send you a text when it is ready to be picked up.

Do not wash or wear your scrubs until you know they fit and are the color you wanted.

If your scrubs meet the above criteria, returns can be made at any of our 5 locations or you can call our Dupont office (502)895-6838 and we will be happy to assist you with a mail-in return!
